One morning, a crane was having lunch by the stream. It plunged its long beak into the water and caught delicious fish. A few steps away, a rabbit was nibbling on a carrot. “Crunch! Crunch! Crunch!” he chewed the delicious juicy carrot. Right beside a stream sat a hungry bear. He had nothing to eat. He looked at the rabbit and thought, “How lucky he is! He can have his favorite food! Then the bear glanced at the crane and thought, “They’re all busy filling their bellies.” I wish I could eat something!” His mouth watered as he remembered his favorite food, honey. The hungry bear wandered the forest, but for miles there was no sign of a beehive. bees. He was dragging his legs along the path but now the pangs of hunger were becoming unbearable to him.
Suddenly the bear saw something and his eyes twinkled. “It looks like a honeycomb,” he thought. he. “Let me come closer and see!” It was indeed a hive of bees hanging from a low branch of a tree. The bear was overjoyed. He licked his lips. Luckily, there were no bees inside the hive. Just then, the bees came back after their hard day’s work. As they approached, they saw that the bear was trying to fly in their hive. “Um… This will be delicious”, thought the bear. “Catch the thief”, cried the bees. And the angry bees rushed towards the bear. The bear s had no choice but to give up the idea of eating honey. The bees chased him away. But the bear could not bear this defeat.
He grumbled, “Ah! My precious food has escaped me. All because of those bees! And the bear decided to take revenge on the bees. “I will destroy the honeycomb and waste the honey.
