Mother’s Day Story
The man stopped at a flower shop to order flowers delivered to his mother, who lived two hundred miles from home. Coming out of the car, he noticed a girl sitting on the side of the road and sobbing.
He asked her what happened and she. I replied: “I wanted to buy my mother a red rose, but I only have seventy-five cents, and the rose costs two dollars.”
The man smiled and said, “Come with me. I’ll buy you a rose. ” He bought the little girl her rose and ordered flowers for his mother.
When they were leaving, he offered the girl a ride home. She said, “Yes, please! You can take me to my mother. “
She took him to the cemetery, where she laid the rose on the grave she had just dug.
The man returned to the flower shop, canceled the telegraph order, took the bouquet, and drove two hundred miles. To his mother’s house.
