The Four Wives Story

Once upon a time, there was a wealthy merchant who had 4 wives. Most of all he loved the fourth wife, decorated her with rich clothes, and treated her to delicacies. He cared for her very much and gave her nothing but the best.

He was also very fond of the 3rd wife. He is very proud of her and has always wanted to show her to his friends. However, the merchant is always in great fear that she might run away with other men. He also loved his second wife. She is a very attentive person, always patient and in fact is the seller’s confidant. Whenever a merchant faced any problems, he always turned to his second wife, and she always helped him and went through difficult times.

The merchant’s first wife is now a very loyal partner and has made a great contribution to maintaining his wealth and business, as well as caring for his home. However, the merchant did not love his first wife, and although she loved him deeply, he paid little attention to her. One day the merchant fell ill. He soon realized that he would soon die.

Now that I am dying, will you follow me and keep me company? ” “Never!” The 4th wife answered and left without saying another word. The answer plunged like a sharp knife into the merchant’s heart. Then the sad salesman asked the third wife, “I have loved you so much all my life.
